Websites need more than a launch day. Contact details change, services evolve and software needs attention. Sparksite handles the hosting and technical side of the websites we manage so you have somewhere to go when a page needs updating or a form does not behave as expected.
What ongoing care covers
Our managed plan includes hosting, HTTPS, routine maintenance, backups and reasonable text or image changes to existing pages. We check problems reported through support and keep the conversation in one place. New functionality, additional pages or a full redesign are scoped before extra work begins.
Support you can follow
You receive a private ticket link to view the conversation, see the status and reply without creating a customer account. Keep that link private and use it to describe the issue, the page involved and what happened. Never include passwords or card details. Response commitments are confirmed in your agreement; the standard plan does not promise round-the-clock support.
Existing websites and moving provider
If another developer built your site, we first review the technology, access, licences and condition. We do not promise to maintain an unknown system without checking it. We can then recommend a supported care arrangement or a planned rebuild, including a clear approach to domain, mailbox and content handover.
